Housed in a new bottle—Amouage's first new design in 15 years—the essences represent a pinnacle of olfactory artistry. At first, Reasons is rather unassuming: its hazelnut opening exudes a warmth that is comforting, yet perhaps surprisingly understated. But after just a few moments, the fragrance grows, taking on an ever-greater form. The partly herbaceous, partly fruity personality of Davana creates layer upon layer of depth and complexity.
