Opus XV - King Blue is a perfume that combines the perception-bending uniqueness of Surrealism with the open ethos of the Salon de Mayo. A perfume of endless questions, curious detours, and unexpected revelations. Is it of this world, rooted in the earth and connected to its surroundings? Or does it float on another plane, like a sphere casting an unreadable gaze upon everything below? The answers will be different for everyone. But they will all be unexpected and unpredictable. And they will come... out of the blue. A vibrant opening of mandarin unexpectedly leads to a bold, animalic, and effortlessly refined base of oud. Perfumers: Alexis Grugeon and Hamid Merati-Kashani. Aging time: 10 weeks (5 weeks maturation + 5 weeks maceration). Concentration: Eau de Parfum with 35% pure perfume oils.
