For this rebirth of a fragrance classic, Bruno Jovanovic has turned to patchouli. This sensual and elegant milestone in the art of perfumery, imbued with the alluring charm of bygone eras, makes up half of this unique fragrance formula all on its own. Top notes of clementine blend with rum absolute, while generous doses of cedarwood, suede, and incense create a mystical aura. A modern amber note adds a touch of darkness. Traces of vanilla and musk finally round out the composition into a harmonious whole.

The Perfumer:
Bruno Jovanovic is one of the rising stars of the fragrance industry. A visit to a department store introduced him to the world of perfumery, a completely new realm that fascinated him. He decided to make it his life’s work, earned a degree in physics and chemistry, and attended the renowned ISIPCA perfume school in Versailles, where he was one of the top students. He is now a senior perfumer at the fragrance manufacturer IFF and swears by Kant’s philosophy, according to which “beauty is universal and has no concept.” Bruno Jovanovic is a dreamer who also ponders what kind of perfume would evoke the effect of a painting or certain words.
