Application:
For optimal performance, shake the eyeliner before use and store it horizontally. Draw a thin line along the lash line, from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. Repeat until you achieve the desired shape and thickness. For doe eyes, extend the line from the outer corner of the eye to the tip of the eyebrow – adjust the length of the line to your liking.
