Application:
After cleansing, spray the toner directly onto your face, neck, and décolletage with your eyes closed. Alternatively, apply the toner with a cotton pad. Then gently pat your face with your fingertips to stimulate blood circulation. Use the Helichrysum Hydrating Toner in the morning and/or evening.
