Eau de Magnolia

The scent of magnolias is more reminiscent of citrus notes than flowers. Carlos Benaïm’s first stroke is to intensify the unique freshness of magnolias with bergamot, grapefruit, and lemon. He then tempers them with a hint of apricot and adds sensuality, long-lasting wear, and a connection to the wearer’s skin, thanks to a clever blend of vetiver, patchouli, and tree moss. Eau de Magnolia, a seemingly simple accord, a timeless summer fragrance.

The perfumer:
Carlos Benaïm owes his aesthetic sensibility to his childhood in Tangier, spent in close proximity to natural ingredients. His training under the legendary American perfumer Ernest Shiftan gave him courage and flair. However, the recurring, characteristic elegance of the fragrance accords he composes is likely attributable to his mysterious inner intuition.
